This package is perfect for those of you that have all the details of your event mapped out, including a bar and beverage space with decorations and all the supplies already in place. We’ll show up to add to the good time and service your guests with the materials that you provide. We’ll provide a customized shopping list for your alcohol needs and point you towards some great money saving retailers, too!
This package is everything but alcohol. We bring the entire bar to your event. Literally! This includes our 6ft portable bar which we decorate to your liking and receptacles for collecting empties. We will also provide all drinkware, napkins, straws, mixers, fresh garnishes, and ice ice baby! We’ll provide a customized shopping list for your alcohol needs and point you towards some great money saving retailers. Take a load off with this option and focus on everything else on your to-do list.
Each Add On item can be included in your package. Just another way to customize your experience!
This includes drinkware and 2 non-alcoholic beverages from our options: infused water, lemonade, iced tea.
You and your guests can build your own refreshing Mimosas with this option! We provide the juice including orange, pineapple, and grapefruit. Plus garnishes and everything else needed to enjoy!
What's a party without a good toast?! With this option, we provide drinkware and setup of a champagne table for your guests as they enter your event. Nothing like a good bubbly to start a party off right!
Want to add mocktails to your bar menu? With this option, we will supply the ingredients for either 2 or 4 beautifully crafted drinks. Just as fancy, with no alcohol!
This is a great add-on if you love a good cup of joe. We use a local Michigan coffee brand - Truck Stop Organics. All drinkware, gourmet cream, and sugar inlcuded!
Yeah, we're talking build your own bloody, but Party Bar style. Cheese, bacon, veggies, shrimp - you name it!
We can take care of the N/A drinks too! Leave the heavy lifting to us. We'll price out the pop and ice needed for your guests and bring it to the party.
Think materials needed for serving top-notch drinks. Drinkware, napkins, straws, mixers & garnishes!
We'll keep it cool and bring the ice! And the containers to hold it. For each guest you expect at your event, you should supply 1.5 - 2lbs of ice.

We typically reply to quote requests within 48 hours.
All packages require a minimum service time including setup.
Setup time varies per event, typically lasting 1-2 hours
All bookings require a deposit of up to 50% of total invoice at least 90 days prior to event date. If booking within 90 days of event date, deposit is due the day of signed service contract.
100% of total invoice is due no later than 30 days prior to event date.
If services are canceled 30 days prior to event date, the customer can be refunded 100% of deposit amount. If canceled within 30 days of event date, The Party Bar reserves the right to keep the full deposit amount.
If a refund is to be issued, The Party Bar may take up to 30 days to process returned funds.
